About the Job: Job Description
- Responsible
for selling Home Finance (HF) products.
- Meet
with applicants to collect information for loan applications and address
queries about the application process.
- Analyze
applicants' financial status, credit, and property assessments to assess
the feasibility of providing finance.
- Educate
customers on the various types of finance and credit options available,
along with the associated terms.
- Collect
and compile credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other
financial data from finance applicants.
- Provide
insights on market trends and competitor activity, contributing to the
formulation and updating of sales strategies.
- Raise
customer awareness about new products through various channels, including
mailers and events, to generate business prospects.
- Ensure
compliance with KYC and anti-money laundering requirements, monitoring the
team's adherence to these regulations.
- Adhere
strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Achieve
low-risk rating in internal audits.
- Maintain
100% control over documentation and promptly detect any fraudulent
activities.
- Ensure
compliance with Sharia requirements in documentation and processes.
- Explore
and cultivate new markets and customers within the designated territory to
boost sales.
